Hire the Basement Performance Space

Old and new feature combine to create a stunning atmosphere. This space is deal for informal meetings, parties, award ceremonies or drinks receptions!

The basement can accommodate up to 120 people.

An open stage can be set up. Cushioned removable flooring is available for dancing or performance.

The area is 17m x 10.3m.

There are optional floor plans including 'bistro style' with tables and chairs. The basement has its own foyer that can be run as a separate bar or welcome area.

There are back stage facilities including dressing rooms, toilets and a green room available.
